Lace Weight Spinning

Welcome to Still River Mill!

Our fiber mill is dedicated to serving small scale farm and animal owners nationwide. We strive to produce the best quality fiber products available from cottage industry fiber mills.

We have the flexibility and expertise to process American buffalo (bison), cashmere, fine wools, alpaca, llama, angora, mohair, and pet fiber. Recently, we increased our de-hairing throughput and upgraded our spinning to include lace-weight spinning. This allows us to process fine fibers like qiviut, american bison and cashmere and create truly beautiful and amazing yarns.

Bring your spinning wheels and join us for a spinning competition at the NH Sheep and Wool Festival on May 10 and 11, 2008. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, plus best overall! Carolina Homespun, Spirit Trail Fiberworks, and Still River Mill will be providing the prizes.
